- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would give this store zero stars if I could. It is awful in comparison to the other UPS Stores around Charlotte. Most mornings it seems like they take the phone off the hook and when you call you get a Verizon message saying that the mailbox hasn't been set up. When you call to see if you have mail (a service that they offer) they don't even pretend to check before saying no. The service here has gone from bad to worse. So bad, in fact, that I'm moving my mailbox to a new store who's service has been excellent. This location is horribleBy Angela Sullivan, August 31, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This UPS Store has excellent customer service. It is owned by two brothers who both work in the shop...at least one of them is always there. I never have to wait in a line and use their store for all my shipping needs! The Post Office is a 13 minute drive from my house vs. these guys who are less than 5!By A Google User, March 28, 2017
