- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'm extremely disappointed that a company this large is so unwilling to provide quality customer service. I've been given wrong information as well as lied to numerous times. I've reached out to both the representatives at the branch and the customer support center and have not been offered any resolution. I was promised a call back on 01/07/2015 that day by the Assistant Vice President at the Fifth Third branch in Huntersville, NC and as of the 01/10/2015, I have yet to receive a phone call. I would strongly recommend anyone opening a bank account with Fifth Third to reconsider as there are several other banking options.By Nathalie Andino, August 12, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I waited in line for 20 minutes today and was first in line. A car came through the drive through and waited less than 30 seconds and was waited on before me. I think they need to stress more attention on the customer that came in and has been waiting over a person that just arrived at the drive through.
