  Huntersville store manager, Bill Morrison, was rude and condescending. My husband and I had been a loyal customers for YEARS and had many transactions with Bill. He was always kind and courteous. Then just recently I was there to make a large purchase. The week before I stopped in not knowing it was Bill's day off, Eric was quite nice and very helpful. When I returned to see Bill, he was quite rude and less than helpful and it was appalling. He was in no way interested in helping me but rather was ogling a young woman who was waiting! I will NEVER do business with Brownlee Jewelers again and will make it a point to inform my friends of this horrid experience and recommend they never shop there as well. Good riddance!

  Went in to get an offer for a few rings I've been trying to sell. The guy who looked at them handled the jewelry roughly and literally tossed them around his work area. I did not expect such poor and disrespectful handling from a jeweler. I will never return to this store.

  Bill is the best. I've been going to Brownlee since they had their store in Cornelius and wouldn't go anywhere else. The store has a great selection.

  They did a watch repair for my Movado, and the service was exceptional. I didn't even have to come back for it, it was so quick and professional. I would recommend anyone in the area to use their watch services. Great Job!!
